St. Clair County International Airport Air Industrial Park

Adjacent to the airport is an 80 acre Michigan Certified Business Air Industrial Park, which was developed in the 1970’s. In the Air Industrial Park there are 40 acre parcels for lease, which we term the west air industrial park. In the east half of the park the Federal Aviation Administration has land released parcels to be sold. The current approved rate through appraisal for sale parcels are $25,000 per parcel.
