Adult Probation
The 72nd District Court Probation Department is responsible for conducting Pre-sentence investigations, substance abuse screening and
assessments and probation supervision for the 72nd District Court. In addition, the Probation Department supervises participants in
Mental Health Court, as well as, those assigned to alternative sentencing programs.
