Requesting Your Rights

As the victim of a crime you have rights under the Michigan Crime Victim’s Rights Act. If we can be of assistance in explaining the court system, notifying you of court dates, make counseling referrals, or help suggest other services that you may find beneficial you must complete a Legal Rights Request form. On the form you will be able to select which services you would like us to provide. Changes in contact information must be communicated to the Victim’s Unit to allow proper notification, you may email Victim's Rights Unit, or call at (810) 985-2301, our office with any updates.

If you are the victim of a Domestic Violence please also look over this form and submit it.

Our office will not disclose your information to the defendant or the defense attorney.
