The Witness Unit coordinates and assists witnesses by maintaining up to date contact information, informing witnesses of appearance dates, making necessary accommodations to facilitate a witness’s appearance and answering questions a witness may have.

We understand that being a witness can be inconvenient. Thank you in advance for your patience. Your role in the court system is a very important one. Please make sure to call the Witness Hotline (the phone number is listed on your subpoena) after 5:00 p.m. the night before you are scheduled to appear to avoid an unneeded trip to court. Only the cases mentioned on the Witness Hotline are going and only those witnesses are needed to appear.
